CurlShell provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

  • Content Management System (CMS) solutions
  • Website maintenance and support

All services are provided based on the specific requirements agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

4. Project Engagement

Upon agreement to proceed with a project:

  • A detailed project proposal will be provided outlining scope, timeline, and costs.
  • Work will commence after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
  • Any changes to the scope may result in revised timelines and costs.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals.
  • Typically, projects require an advance payment before commencement.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are handed over.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • All custom code and designs created specifically for the client become the client's property.
  • Third-party components, plugins, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
  • CurlShell retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements.
  • Timely feedback and approvals during the development process.
  • Providing all necessary content, images, and materials.
  • Ensuring they have rights to all content provided to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

CurlShell shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our services.
  • Issues arising from third-party services or hosting providers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after the completion or termination of the project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be subject to partial refund based on work completed.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

CurlShell reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
